Before I begin, let me say this.
If you have a terminal case of spreadsheet brain, then this isn't for you.
If all you care about is economic value or a financial return, then this isn't for you.
If you're a short-term thinker, then this isn't for you.
This is a decades long project. Centuries, even.
This is about beauty. This is about duty and honor.
This is about your grandchildren and their grandchildren.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting you to be so selfless. Because this is about you and what you want.
It's just that you have different priorities and you do not want to be in the mud all the time. You do not want to be responsible for livestock on freezing windy rainy days. You do not want the headache of building brick houses. You do not want be cleaning rooms day in day out.
That's what I'm here for - to take care of it all. You work so that you can have a life to enjoy. This project is the enjoyment part.
This will be cool and it will be fun. It will be something incredible.
